Service Description

Our attorney will ensure the legal transfer of property from seller to buyer. Preparing and reviewing documents, ensuring that the title is clear, processing and facilitating the transfer of funds. If you are a buyer: 1) The attorney will, review the negotiation of the contract of sale and sending out an attorney review letter (if the contract was prepared by the real estate agent) explanation of the real estate contract and mortgage commitment to the buyer; 2) Resolving any issues (including issues of repair, termite damage, etc.) prior to closing; 3) Correspondence with the real estate agent, seller’s attorney, title company and mortgage company; 4) Preparation for closing, including obtaining necessary title work; 5) Review of mortgage commitment and title commitment; and Representation at closing. If you are a seller: 1) Our attorney will review the preparation, review and negotiation of the contract of sale and sending out an attorney review letter (if the contract was prepared by the real estate agent); 2) Explanation of the real estate contract to the seller; 3) Resolving any issues (including issues of repair, termite damage, etc.) prior to closing; 4) Correspondence with the buyer’s attorney; Preparation for closing; and Representation at closing.
